Single, divorced and widowed individuals and parents represent an increasing percentage of the adult population, yet they are hardly catered for in the South African travel industry. Single supplements make many holidays and destinations unaffordable for a majority of single travellers. Added to this there is the business travel market where companies are forced to pay excessive amounts when their staff members are away on business or when entertaining foreign visitors for a weekend away.

The aim of Go Single Travel is to provide a service to this section of the travel market in Southern Africa by entering into partnerships with various types of establishments (hotels, B&B's, game lodges, etc) across the country and to cater for the entire spectrum of price ranges. Now business colleagues can have the luxury of not having to share a room to save money! And special consideration is also given to single parents travelling with their children. So, whether travelling on business or simply travelling on holiday by yourself, here is something on offer for everyone. Of course we will also gladly do bookings for couples or groups, whether they include single travellers or not!

We will also assist in organising individualised tours to any destination(s) in the country for small groups of people (up to 6) as well as with your corporate getaways and team buildings.

We have managed to source out fantastic savings for our clients across the country. Should a single traveller or parent want to visit an establishment not listed on our website, we will (where possible) attempt to negotiate a better rate than the one offered by the establishment.

While we are mainly an online reservations company where the preferred booking method is via e-mail, we can also be contacted telephonically. The Go Single Travel website was officially launched on the 17th of March 2003.
