Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of the Magaliesburg Mountains, Budmarsh Private Lodge epitomizes understated elegance. Each bedroom is fitted with the same luxurious finishes, underfloor heating and heated towel racks, antique cupboards, tables and bedside pedestals, Satellite TV, Internet. Some rooms have atriums with private showers and others have balcony and fireplaces. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower and large bath together with underfloor heating, heated towel racks, shaving point and extractor fans.

All of our irresistible dishes are presented and prepared by one of the top chefs in South Africa, making each meal a delightful experience. Dinner consists of a five course set menu. However if you have any requirements we will cater for these needs separately. Breakfast is made up of a buffet (continental breakfast), and a served main meal.

In terms of activities, Budmarsh is a bird lover's paradise due to its ideal situation. There are also a number of hikes to choose from, in the surrounding areas, for all those exercise enthusiasts. The Magaliesburg River is in the very near proximity, and this river offers the potential for some of the best Trout fishing in the area. For those who wish to relax, the pool and lounge/library are ideal places for sitting back and reading a good novel. There is also a Snooker Table for some extra entertainment.
