 Kwa
Mbili is one of the most colourful, vibrant and friendly
lodges in the Valley of the Olifants. We are set apart by
intimacy and with only 10 guests to cater for we are able
to offer exceptional personal service.
We are located in the Thornybush Nature Reserve, adjacent
to the greater Kruger Park and offer a wide variety of
bird and game species. Qualified game rangers and trackers
will make your bush experience an unforgettable one both
on foot and in open game drive vehicles.
 You
can choose between African style en-suite chalets or in
luxury en- suite safari tents, both have electricity as
well as fans.
Kwa
Mbili has been rated as 3-star by the Tourism Grading
Council of SA. Pre-booked Italian and German guiding is
available at the lodge as well as for day-trips into Kruger
and on the Panorama route.
It is easy to get to Kwa Mbili; approximately 6 hours
drive from Johannesburg via Lydenburg and Hoedspruit.
Daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Kwa Mbili is also the ideal base from which to explore
some of the diverse attractions as the Kruger National
Park, Blyde River Canyon, Cheetah breeding project and
a traditional Shangaan village.
Rates
Rates are per person per day and are fully inclusive of accommodation, all meals, tea, coffee & fruit during the day and two game activities per day, as well as 14% VAT. Rates exclude drinks from the bar, the vehicle entrance fee to the Thornybush Reserve (currently R40.00 per vehicle) and all personal expenses, eg laundry, telephone, fax and e-mail facilities.
