LUXURY HOUSEBOAT ("NIRVANA")
Referred to as "The Jewel of the West Coast" and a "Houseboat of Note!" - one couldn't wish for more luxurious accommodation in such a picturesque environment that remains totally unspoilt. Turquoise waters with pristine white beaches. The Houseboat is suited for small corporate groups, family holidays, special occasions and functions. It accommodates up to 24 guests comfortably. Self catering or catered accommodation.

UPPER LEVEL: ACCOMMODATES 10 PEOPLE
• A large platform for braaing and sunbathing
• Three bedrooms – two Queen and one Double
• Full Bathroom
• Open Plan Kitchen/Lounge with two sleeper couches

LOWER LEVEL: ACCOMMODATES 14 PEOPLE
• Five spacious bedrooms each with queen size beds, which can be split into two single beds depending on your sleeping preferences and a bunk bedroom with four comfortable bunks.
• Three full bathrooms – toilet, large shower and basin
• State of the art fully equipped kitchen. Large gas stove & oven, microwave, fridge, lots of cupboard space, crockery and cutlery
• Spacious lounge with fireplace and sound system
• Foredeck – large wind free area leading off the lounge offering guests a unique dining area with spectacular views.

The boat consists of 8 double bedrooms: 5 on the lower deck plus a 'bunk' room with 4 single beds and 3 on the upper deck. There are 3 bathrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs. There is one fully equipped kitchen and lounge downstairs and one kitchen upstairs as well. We have two comfortable double sleeper couches in the lounge area of the upper deck. Reservations made for a minimum of 11 guests upwards have access to the interior facilities on the upper deck. Reservations for 10 guests only, if sharing rooms, have access to the sunbathing, upper deck area and not to the interior facilities of the upper deck.

STANDARD HOUSEBOAT ("LARUS")
This Houseboat accommodates a maximum of 6 Guests in 3 Cabins. It consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area with an outside braai facility. The main cabin has a queen size bed, the 2nd cabin a bunk bed (2 guests) and the 3rd, which is mainly used for children, 2 mattresses on the floor.


RATES

LUXURY HOUSEBOAT - EXCLUSIVELY USE OF THE ENTIRE HOUSEBOAT (24 PEOPLE MAX)
Inclusive of meals as specified. Rates are based on a minimum stay of 2 nights (weekends & school holidays). One night bookings are only available mid-week. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due three weeks prior to arrival. The entire boat must be booked by one group - bookings for individual rooms/cabins are not accepted.

Peak season supplement of R50 per person per night from 12 December 2008 to 04 January 2009.

Catered (minimum 10 people)
The rate is dependant on the number of guests and the duration of stay. It ranges from R1,050 to R1,350 per person per day including Dinner, Bed, Breakfast, Lunch, two Teas and Pre-Dinner Snacks.

The above rates include 14% VAT and the use of a tender with a 6hp outboard and fuel, for localized transport requirements but does not include the use of the water-skiing inflatable or sporting equipment such as skis, tubes, wakeboard and fishing rod.

Catered
The Catered rate ranges from R1,050 to R1.350 per person per night sharing including Dinner, Bed, Breakfast, Lunch, two Teas and Pre-Dinner Snacks for a Minimum of 10 Guests. The rate is dependant on the number of guests, the duration of their stay, and their Menu choices.

Self-catering
Up to 10 Dec 2009: R600.00 per person per night sharing.
From 11 Dec 2009 to 3 Jan 2010; R650.00 per person per night sharing.
From 4 Jan 2010 weekdays: R600.00 per person per night sharing.
From 4 Jan 2010 weekends: R650.00 per person per night sharing.

STANDARD HOUSEBOAT "LARUS"
All rates are self-catering. No deposit is required but the full amount is payable 40 days before arrival. For bookings made within 40 days of arrival, immediate payment is required upon confirmation of the booking. Rates are to be used as a guide only - full quotes will be provided when enquiries are received. The entire boat must be booked by one group - bookings for individual rooms/cabins are not accepted.
