Kiara
is a classic design, French-built, 35 metre motoryacht based
in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa.
She
has five guest cabins, all with air-conditioning, a safe,
state of the art sound system, TV and DVD player and en-suite
with shower. Kiara has two double cabins which include
a built-in sofa that can be made into a child’s
bed. The larger of these cabins also includes a separate
bath. We have two twin cabins and a single cabin.
Kiara
comes with a full compliment of seven international crew
who have 64 years of experience at sea between them.
The
beauty of Kiara is the every changing views she offers.
Guests may dine in our formal dining room which comfortably
seats nine, or on our upper deck which seats ten. We have
two bars, a separate sundeck and a portable Jacuzzi.
Drinks
and canapés are served on arrival, followed by
a three course lunch,
afternoon tea and a sumptuous three course dinner, with
snacks offered throughout the day. Meals are complimented
by fine South African wines and a wide selection of other
beverages are available.
Our
watersports activities include jet skiing, waterskiing,
knee boarding and snorkelling. For a more sedate, relaxing
afternoon our sundeck beckons, or enjoy a movie on the
one of the 42 inch plasma screens in the spacious salon,
dining room or on the upper deck.
Kiara
is available for chartering individual cabins for 24 hour
packages, or taking the whole boat for longer trips. On
24 hour packages Kiara will cruise the waters around Cape
Town but longer trips give guests the flexibility to visit
nearby destinations of their choice. Kiara’s captain
will put together a cruising itinerary to suit the guests
interests and desires.
Our
crew are waiting to unpack guests’ bags, prepare
the towels, sunscreen lotions and drinks on the sundeck,
put the jet skis in the water or make popcorn, dim the
lights and put a movie on, either inside or out on deck.
