Sun
International is proud to announce the opening of the brand new Sibaya
Lodge, located at the Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom, on 16
October 2006.
Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom is destined to evoke
superlatives. From the striking architecture and idyllic setting, to
the awe-inspiring Afro-chic atmosphere and the fantasy world of our
state-of-the-art casino, there’s nothing pedestrian about the latest
jewel in Sun International’s crown. Years and years of experience, an
unfaltering attention to detail and a keen understanding of what really
turns our guests
on, has resulted in a unique entertainment offering that is as
breathtakingly riveting as it is unforgettable, no matter who you are
or where you’re from.
Situated on
Durban’s exquisite north coast, just 7km from Umhlanga, this beautiful
118 roomed 3 star hotel features breathtaking uninterrupted views of
the Indian Ocean and magnificently landscaped gardens. All guests have
full access to the wonderful facilities available at the Casino and
Entertainment Kingdom.
There are two main restaurants, Aqua, an upmarket seafood restaurant
and the A2A Theatre of Food deluxe buffet where one can select dishes
from Morocco, India, Africa and
the East.
There is the iZulu Theatre featuring top class live entertainment and
Krakatoa, a triple level entertainment facility, which seats up to 420
people and offers comedy, music and high-energy cabaret. Conferencing
facilities for 1000 cinema style and 500 banquet style are one of the
most stylish features of this Kingdom. An outdoor African boma, which
can take 250 people, complements the conference offering.
For those guests wanting to get away from it all Mangwanani Spa is
available. The spa offers an ideal tranquil setting for guests to enjoy
a day of sheer decadence, complete relaxation and de-stressing. The spa
offers traditional healing treatments and revitalization therapy aimed
at providing complete body wellness.
Sibaya Lodge and the Casino and Entertainment Kingdom offers warm
hospitality, wonderful entertainment and an experience that is uniquely
South African.
