Valley Of The Waves
The Valley of Waves, which legend declares is the original "Valley of

from 09h00 until 18h00 in summer and 10h00 until 17h00 in winter.
The Entertainment Centre
Here you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, games
arcades, cinemas and gambling areas to cater for every taste and need.
Gary Player Health Spa
Located at the Gary Player Country Club. This new ultra luxurious
health spa, is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a wide range of

Golf
Sun City has two incredible world-class golf courses set against the
rugged backdrop of the Pilanesberg mountains. Sun City's two, par-72
championship golf courses offer visitors to Southern Africa's premier
resort an exciting and challenging golf experience. The exotic allure
of the Lost City Golf Course and the championship nature of the Gary
Player Country Club test the grit of many a fine golfer. Both courses
were designed by South African golf legend, Gary Player. To secure your
golf booking we require a deposit or credit card guarantee seven (7)
working days prior. Proof of payment may be done via courier, e-mail,

Outdoor Adventure Centre
The Outdoor Adventure Centre operates from the Letsatsing Game Park
directly adjacent to the Sun City complex and bordering the Pilanesberg
National Park. Designed to appeal to those who enjoy extending their
minds and bodies, the centre offers an African outdoor adventure. The
Adventure Centre offers Quad Bike adventure trails for adults and
youngsters, clay target shooting, archery and drum circles.
The Quad Bike
Quad Bikes are rough and ready vehicles that excel at tackling hard
terrain and the bushveld. They handle the arid and volcanic landscape
of the Pilanesberg and allow adventurers to explore hidden crevices and
ravines that are inaccessible on foot. The adventure trail takes about
an hour and a highly skilled guide conducts the trail through
Letsatsing Game Park with the possibility of seeing Rhino, Giraffe and
other animal species on route. Internationally accepted safety
standards apply and no previous experience is needed as instruction in
handling the vehicle forms part of the package. The adventure is not
available to anyone under 16. There is a fully supervised circuit event
for youngsters.
Clay Target Shooting
An elegant and noble sport that becomes addictive as you master the
art. You will be surprised at the ease with which you become proficient
in shooting the clay targets out of the sky, even when they are
propelled into the air from different directions at quicker intervals.
Instructors guide participants and there is no need for previous
experience. This is restricted to 20 participants at a time. Clay
Target shooting is extremely popular with companies organising
corporate events or team building events.
Archery
Discover this ancient art that conjures up images of William Tell, the
Roman Empire and Scottish highlanders. Archers of yesteryear used
rudimentary equipment whereas today the equipment is more modern and
sophisticated. At the Sun City Adventure Centre modern recurve bows and
contemporary equipment such as compound bows and powerful crossbows are
used. Archery is about muscle discipline, eye dominance, and accuracy.
Target practise makes perfect or so the experts say.
Drumming
For centuries drumming has formed part of the African culture. Rituals,
celebrations, funerals, healing and initiation ceremonies are marked by
the rhythmic beat of drums. Enjoy the interactive rhythms of Africa by
taking part in a drum circle and learn to play the Djembe Drum. Music
is the universal language, and drumming is the bridge between spectator
and participant. It's primal, heartfelt pulse stirs the senses, making
your foot tap in time to the beat. Anyone can be a competent drummer
with almost no prior experience. Drumming brings people together who
share the connection of making music together. The Adventure Centre
offers guests an excellent manner of communing with a group of people,
enjoying the energetic rhythms of Africa.
Accommodation
There are 4 hotels at the Sun City Resort all offering superior and
unique accommodation, ranging from the opulence of the Palace of the
Lost City to the luxury of the Cascades Hotel to the dynamic heartbeat
of the Sun City Hotel to the informal and casual elegance of the
Cabanas.
SUN CITY CABANAS
 The most
relaxed and casual of all Sun City's hotels, the Sun City Cabanas opens
onto lush gardens leading down to the lake and Waterworld. The Sun City
Cabanas has a total of 380 rooms. The Sun City Cabanas are built on two
levels with rooms on the ground floor and first floors. The rooms are
located in seven "blocks" situated around the main reception and
restaurant area.

The Sun City
Cabanas do NOT offer self-catering accommodation. A minimum 2-night stay
is required over weekends and a minimum 3-night stay is required over
long weekends.

Rate basis. This means the rate quoted is determined by the number of
rooms still available for the requested date period - the fewer rooms

Children's
Policy
Children under the age of 18 on the date of arrival and sharing with one
or two adults (limited to 2 children per room) are accommodated free of
charge including 2 children’s breakfasts. A single adult with 1 or 2
children under 18 will be accommodated at the single rate inclusive of
breakfast for 2 children. A 3rd child sharing with a single adult will
be charged for breakfast according to age. A 3rd adult sharing pays the
sharing rate.
