5-star Thornybush Waterside Lodge affords instant relaxation.
The lodges 20 comfortably appointed air-conditioned Thatched Suites
blend into the natural habitat and are located along pathways surrounded
by an abundance of trees and manicured gardens. En-suite air- conditioned accommodation tastefully decorated by crisp white bedding.

with the lodges unique Children’s programme or smaller groups. The Lodge hosts a sixty seater conference centre overlooking the lake, making this the ideal location for strategic getaways.
Highly skilled rangers’ and trackers ensure Big 5 game viewing
opportunities during dawn and dusk safaris, whilst bushwalks are for the
more adventurous. Guests are invited to relax and take in the African
surrounds after breakfast on the main deck area overlooking the lake,
the swimming pool or alternatively retreat to the comfort of your suite.

Rates are fully inclusive of all meals, teas,
coffees, snacks, dawn & dusk safaris in open Land Rovers &
bushveld walks. Bar & curio purchases, telephone & laundry
expenses, airport transfers, tourism levy and entrance fees are
excluded. We reserve the right to decline one night stays over a

Road transfers are available between the
lodge and Eastgate Airport (Hoedspruit). Please consult our office for
cost effective pricing on inter-lodge and direct air transfers and
charters ex Johannesburg to the lodge.
• Children younger than 2 years old are accommodated on a complimentary basis if sharing with parents in family rooms.
• Children from the ages of 2 to 5 and 6 to 11 years old are
accommodated at 25% and 50% of the adult tariff respectively & have
to share a family room with the parents.
