It is here that your hosts Frans and Hester
will welcome you in the typical Northern Cape manner -
as if you were family. This is a country-style farmhouse
where you can relax either in front of a large fireplace
or enjoy a cup of tea in the garden.
The
spacious sunny rooms, each with a unique sweeping vista
of the lush garden, allow for private dining. The 2 600
ha farm offer excellent birding, game viewing, swimming
in farm dam and night drives. Wildebeest is also your
gateway to various unique sightseeing destinations in
the district. And be sure to book timeously for Spring
when wild flowers burst out of the Northern Cape's arid
earth.
Game Viewing
A game and bird watchers' paradise awaits enthusiasts
on our doorstep. Plains game can be viewed in their natural
habitat. Night drives can be arranged to view the nocturnal
wildlife of this pristine area. The Guest farm derives
its name from the White Tailed Gnu (Wildebeest) -- also
known as "The Clown of the Veld"
Bird Watching
The 2600 ha farm is home to an exciting variety bird species.
Hiking Trails
Leisurely walks in the veld can be enjoyed as well as
adventurous game drives.

HELPFUL HINTS: A hat, comfortable walking shoes, sunblock,
camera, binoculars are recommended. Light clothing in
